Typical price ranges in 2026
Most reputable Turkish clinics charge between $1,500 and $4,000 for a standard FUE or DHI procedure of 2,000–4,500 grafts. Sapphire FUE sits in the same range; body-hair transplants and complex repair cases cost more because they take longer and require more surgical time.
Beware of pricing purely per graft versus per package: many Turkish clinics quote a fixed package price that includes unlimited grafts from your scalp donor area. This makes quotes easier to compare than per-graft pricing used in Western Europe or North America.
What is usually included
A typical all-inclusive package covers the surgery itself, local anaesthesia, medication for the first days, a special washing kit, first wash at the clinic, and often 2–3 nights in a hotel plus VIP airport transfers and an interpreter. For international patients, this bundle removes most logistical friction.
Ask exactly what is excluded: blood tests, extra PRP sessions, second surgery days, touch-up procedures after a year, and prescriptions after you fly home are common add-ons that some quotes leave out.
Hidden costs to budget for
Flights, extra hotel nights for a companion, time off work for recovery, and possible follow-up products (shampoos, biotin, finasteride or minoxidil, if prescribed) are costs the package rarely covers. Budget an extra 10–20% of the package price to stay realistic.
If a complication requires care at home, your local healthcare system — not the Turkish clinic — may become the first point of contact. Choosing an established, certified clinic with documented follow-up reduces this risk far more effectively than saving a few hundred dollars.
How to evaluate a quote
A serious quote states the technique, the estimated graft number, who performs the incisions (doctor or technician), the name of the supervising physician, and the full schedule of your stay. If any of these is vague, ask again — twice if needed.
Collect at least three quotes before deciding. In the HairCraft app you can request anonymous quotes from verified Turkish clinics in one place, compare them side by side, and only reveal your identity to the clinic you actually choose.
